Great Home Base for Spending Extended Time in the Bay Area!

I just spent 7 months in this duplex after moving to the area. I needed a home base to familiarize myself with the area and to find a house to purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better, more comfortable place to settle into while I figured things out. First of all, the duplex is well located - a couple of blocks off the bay, a stone's throw from the hospital, seemingly withing a mile or two of everything I needed! It's a comfortable 2-bedroom with a well-appointed kitchen, a cozy living room, and a great deck off the back to enjoy the incredible weather and off of which to observe the occasional deer in the backyard. Jodi & Brian take great care of the place and are responsive when necessary. So, in short, great location, very comfortable, GREAT value! Part of me hated to leave!
