Quiet Wicker Park Apartment

Comfortable + Welcoming!

I really enjoyed my stay in this furnished unit and felt very comfortable throughout my time there. It was especially great to have in unit laundry, which made things so much easier. The window units AC worked really well, even on some especially hot days, and I really appreciated having a comfortable space during those times. The directions, guidance, and instructions were very thorough and made everything easy and straightforward. I also got to sit outside on the patio a few times, which was such a nice bonus. The location was also very convenient, with easy walking access to parks and public transportation. Thank you for having me!

This was a perfect place to stay for the summer. Reasonably priced, well equipped, and with great owners. Olivia and her husband were extremely welcoming, communicative, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend staying here, especially if you're moving to Chicago for a summer job and need a place that is ready for you to live in right when you arrive.

Such a Gem!

Olivia and Mengda are amazing hosts! I stayed here with my kids and Mom on 3 separate occasions through the course of my clinical rotations. It was home away from home for us! Quiet, private and safe. The house has all the basic necessities, good WiFi, laundry machines in house (so nice) and was clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfy and sleeping was never an issue. Our hosts were quick to respond to any requests we had and worked with us on move in dates and times. Great price point too. Neighborhood is awesome! So many great eats, (Little Victories is a MUST), a grocery story, coffee shops and any kind of shopping needs all within walking distance. There are several gyms and if you don't like city walking/running due to crossing streets etc...there is an amazing 7 mile round trip path located about a mile away. Great little patio located in front of the home too to enjoy. We loved our time there!
