Renters beware!!!

Renters beware renting from this person!!! I rented a room from this landlord, did everything I was supposed to do, paid rent on time never a late pymt, kept room clean, even referred two other renters, the house failed inspection which they tried to blame on the renters, the dryer has been out for about two months, washer works terrible you have to spin ur load about three times to get water out, at the end a deep clean fee was put on us that wasn't in our rental agreement & I did the deep clean, I have the screen shots where the landlord thanked me for cleaning & having move in ready for next renter but still kept $50 of my deposit, kept $75 of another renters deposit, none of the other renters knew about this charge, I text the landlord about it & she kept making excuses as to keeping our money, parking is on the street & is terrible, someone hit the back bumper of my new car & didn't bother to leave a note,

We also want to clarify a few points for anyone reading: during your tenancy we received positive messages indicating you were satisfied with the home, so this review is surprising to us. The move-out service/turnover fee is disclosed in the lease agreement and is part of our standard turnover process to prepare the room for the next tenant (deep cleaning/sanitizing and resetting the space). This fee is applied at move-out even when a tenant has done general cleaning, because we still complete a full turnover to meet health and quality standards. In your case, the amount deducted was $50, while the standard service/turnover fee is $75. Regarding inspections and maintenance: we address reported issues as quickly as possible, but we don’t discuss inspection details or individual tenant matters publicly out of respect for privacy.
