About the landlord

We are a retired couple (teacher and accountant) that love the beach! We bought this property as a place to enjoy the beach when we can. We enjoy traveling and try to go places locally and far away. We live about 45 minutes from the property, so we are generally available if needed. If we are not local, our son lives about 1/2 hour away and is willing to help out. We have a daughter that lives in Tennessee.
