We love that the master is on the other side of the house from the 2 guest rooms and the living areas are in the middle. We love the neighborhood and the neighbors. It is at the end of a Cul de Sac so it is quiet. There is a pond in the back so you can see wildlife - sometimes even a baby alligator (don't worry - they take them out when they get very big).
