Older and Overpriced

Signed sight unseen. The house is an older quaint home. The main bedroom closet doesn't have any lights and I assume the house runs on only 1 water system because if any water appliance is in use, all others immediately are effected (ex: shower becomes a trickle if someone turns on the kitchen sink). Despite the listing description, there's no central AC, just 2 window units for the whole property (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). For the neighborhood, it's cute-adjacent. A close drive to nice restaurants and cafes, but the direct neighbors are seemingly government housing. It was not uncommon to see cops parked and investigating the neighbors house at 3am. The house served it's purpose, but it was massively overpriced for the locale and the interior. We paid $2,400/mo - a more appropriate would be $1,800/mo. Kamillah was very sweet in accommodating some of our requests, but overall I wouldn't stay again.
