Private , charming, one bedroom furnished apartment with private entrance and free parking. Quiet residential neighborhood.

Spacious & cozy space with the Nicest Landlords!

I haven't moved out yet, won't til the end of the month, but wanted to go ahead and review since I've been here since November. The space is gorgeous and actually much bigger in reality than it looks in the photos! There's abundant natural light, high ceilings, and one of my favorite features - the election fireplace! It makes it so cozy and warm in the winter. There's plenty of room to work, work out, eat, and stretch out and relax in the living/dining room. The fridge is huge & clean and the washer/dryer have worked great. There's plenty of storage space. The shower has great water pressure! I could go on. Cindy and Gary are the nicest people. They have been so friendly, welcoming, and flexible. If I were staying in the South Shore I'd definitely renew. I highly recommend staying here!

A wonderful place

I was their first tenant! Previously, a few family members had taken turns living in this apartment. Originally I was set to stay from March to May, but I ended up staying all the way through November 15th. I miss being there already. They are great landlords, they're super friendly and sweet and made me feel like a member of their family. The apartment is gorgeous and beautifully decorated, and feels really cozy despite the high ceilings. All the appliances work great and are either new or well-maintained. The two times I had an issue with an appliance, they fixed things very quickly. Parking is easy, you get a space on one side of their driveway. The neighborhood itself is safe, and is pretty quiet for a suburb. They have a lot of kids and grandkids who like to visit, along with a very cute and friendly dog. I miss being there but will be back to say hi whenever I'm in the area!
