Kelsey’s place
Kelsey was a dream Landlord. Her place was immaculate. Clean, colorful and she made sure I had supplies to get me started. She responded on a timely manner and always sent AC guys in the middle of the night to fix anything that wasn’t working, which is rare. I loved the big and private parking spot. She also has ring alarm service for security and that made me feel more safe. Respects privacy and does not show up at random days to check on you unless you ask. She constantly renovated her place and I love that. Please enjoy your stay there because she really cares!!!’

Wow! Loved my stay at the jungle retreat! Iowa isnt my favorite location Ive ever had a contract haha, but Kelseys place made my time here better than I could have ever imagined. Thanks, Kelsey! Highly recommend this one. Great location in Des moines

Gorgeous rental property, & amazing landlord!
This place rocks! Kelsey has been a great landlord & this location is perfect for what I needed. Easy commute to downtown, the hospital for work, the interstate, and theres a chick fil a like right around the corner! LOL This place was spotless from top to bottom when I moved in and the garage space with electric opener was clutch for the winter months for me. I definitely hope this place is open for my nextg contract in Iowa.
