10/10 Portland Stay

It’s taken me way too long to write this review, but I’ve been meaning to because I truly had such a great experience staying here last summer. From the start, Thomas was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He was always quick to respond and genuinely willing to help if anything came up, which made the whole stay feel easy and stress free. The two rooms were both really spacious and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated how accommodating Thomas was about me working from home, as he set me up with a standing desk and dual monitors, which made a huge difference. My favorite part of the house was definitely the three-season porch; I loved sitting out there with a book after work, it’s so cozy and ended up being one of my favorite summer routines. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into. Thank you Thomas!

Best Accommodation Around!

This space is so close to everything in Portland and most highways, and is also so cozy its not even funny. It is organized and clean and the host is both super fun and very respectful of personal space. I loved waking up and making a coffee at the cute coffee bar, then going over into the living room and throwing some wood on the fire. The host has included many amenities in the bathroom, including a hair dryer, ample towels, and an assortment of soaps! I loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone!

Outstanding Stay for Grad Students & Travel Professionals!

I stayed here while enrolled in my DNP program, and it was perfect. The location is ideal1015 minutes from everything in Portland, close to the mall, 295, and I-95. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I had the entire upstairs to myself, which made it easy to relax and have privacy whenever I needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and I loved spending time on the three-season porch before it got cold. The amenities are fantastic: a wood-burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit with wood supply, heated outdoor seating, grill, and a new hot tub. Thomas is very friendly, approachable, open to suggestions, and keeps a clean, welcoming home. You can have as much privacy as you want or chat in shared spaceshe strikes the perfect balance. Dedicated parking was a huge plus. Highly recommend for students or travel professionalsone of my best rental experiences!

Comfy, Quiet, Convenient

Stayed here while on assignment in Portland, ME. Thomas was a great host and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. I had the entire upstairs to myself so was able to easily escape for me time whenever I needed. The kitchen was well stocked which was great and I loved sitting out on the three season porch before it got too cold. Thomas was very friendly and approachable and maintained a clean home. The house is on a quiet, suburban street with a park around the corner and 10-15 minutes from everything in Portland. Plus a Dunkin' Donuts across the street which I spent too much money at. Amazing

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The room is adorable spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The energy throughout the home is so warm and welcoming, you truly feel at ease the moment you walk in. The host is absolutely amazing kind, communicative, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable. Plus, the location couldnt be better close to everything you might need while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and positive place to stay!
