Great Place!!

Beautiful home. Very comfy. Everything was very nice and lots of room. Good location. Great being by the Strawberry Fields! Close to everything. Shops, restaurants, close to Beach Dunes and Pismo Beach pier not far. Landlords are great and easy to communicate with. Definitely love to return some day.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

I had an excellent stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The Simas family were great hosts.They are friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. The house itself was clean, comfortable, spacious, and really felt like a home away from home. The location was one of my favorite parts. It’s close to the beach, near Pismo Beach and The Village in Arroyo Grande, and tucked into a quiet neighborhood right by the strawberry fields. It made the stay feel peaceful while still being close to everything I needed. The rooftop fireplace was a great bonus and made for a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the coastal evenings and sunsets. I also appreciated having a gym just down the street, having one so close by was very convenient. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay with great hosts, a beautiful home, and an ideal Central Coast location. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great owner.

This is a lovely home. We stayed for a month in April 2026. First, the furnishings are great- comfortable beds, well laid out floor plan with plenty of room. The outside patio and decks are fabulous to watch the sunset over the strawberry fields and the rocket launches from Vandenberg ( not noisy, just very cool to look at.) The beach is a short distance away and we took full advantage of walking, beach combing and the local restaurants. Above all, the owner Rod is friendly, a great communicator and made a this rental a true joy.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for an extended period of time. The owner Rod is extremely personable and goes above and beyond! I cannot say enough about how welcomed we felt at this home, and how great the communication was with Rod! The property itself is stunning and was very clean and comfortable. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen was very inviting. Sleeping accommodations were super comfortable with high end bedding, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location perfect! Close to the beach, and several restaurants, etc. The property itself is quiet, relaxing, and well maintained. And as an added perk our dog loved it too!

Grover House!!

What an awesome find! I would like to start out by emphasizing how great the owners are! Rod is a great person, super friendly, funny, and attentive. He really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I stayed here for a month, and my only regret is that I couldnt stay longer. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you could need. It really felt like a home away from home. The views from the balconies were stellar! And watching the sunset every night was total bliss. If you get the chance to book this house, DO IT!!!
