Excellent Location & Fully Equipped Home

Had a great stay,The house is fully equipped with everything you need from a well stocked kitchen with cooking and baking essentials to comfortable living spaces and fully furnished rooms. The landlord is friendly, responsive, and very considerate. Conveniently located close to downtown and the metro station. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a Great Experience, I Had to Come Back

I've really enjoyed staying here. The place genuinely feels like home, and the environment is very convenient and peaceful. It’s in a great location with easy access to buses and light rail, and it’s also very walkable, which makes daily life much easier. One of the things I appreciate most is that you don’t have to worry about buying a lot of household items. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, bedsheets, pillowcases, towels, and even laundry supplies, which makes moving in very easy. It feels a bit like living in a hotel, but more comfortable and personal. The place is always very clean, and the landlord makes sure of that. He lives in the basement but keeps to himself, so you still feel like you have your own space. I stayed here in 2025 and chose to come back again in 2026 because I had such a great experience. The landlord is kind and treats you like family, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

Phenomenal Stay

Recently finished my stay with Israel and had a great experience! The home is clean with an array of amenities, and Israel himself facilitates an easy transition. He is extremely kind and communicative, and is very quick to address any concerns you may have. I highly recommend!!

Nice enough place

Nice place, quiet neighborhood. Landlord lives in basement and is a night owl. So when hes there will be on his phone until all hours of the morning. The sound travels through the ducts. I thought people were outside talking until I realized it was him. I had to leave unexpectedly (my contract was canceled) He held my deposit for a month before returning it. I have no idea why he felt he needed to hang on to the money.

Great Host and house

Israel was a great host and the house was great. The neighborhood was quiet and close to walking parks. Israel is good at providing all the things I needed to feel at home. The space was thoughfully furnished quiet and spacious. I was also close to the main attractions baltimore city has to offer. I especailly enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the high ceilings, and the jacuzzi tub. I got quick responses from the host for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend.
