Friendly Host, Smooth Experience

I didnt end up renting the place due to unforeseen circumstances, but my experience was still great. The landlord was super friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond. Communication was smooth the whole time, which I really appreciated. From what I saw and how they handled everything, it seems like a solid place with a host who actually cares. Would recommend!

Springfield Home

I cant say enough about how great my stay was at this super comfy, inviting home. Im an OR Travel nurse who was on assignment at Baystate Chestnut Surgery Center and it was between a 14-17 minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet, house is on a dead in street so minimal traffic. The outside, front and backyard are immaculate. The inside did not disappoint as well. The king size bed was so comfy. The couch in the living room I could stay there all day on my lazy well deserved days off. Plants throughout the house made the home so comfy. And theres a gym in the basement with a new bench and weights that Rich the landlord had purchased and set up during my stay. Amazing landlord and home. Highly recommend.

Great House for Travel Techs

I cannot say enough about this house! My husband is a travel tech and it was only a 15 minute drive to Baystate. In addition, we has two small dogs and the fenced in backyard was so perfect for our babies! Lots of shade trees to sit and relax as well. This home is beautifully appointed, cozy and felt like home. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well prepared with all the cooking utensils, pans etc(top of the line pans was a plus). The living room couch was the most comfortable couch I've had the pleasure of relaxing on and gave me ideas for my home in Florida! Live plants in the house makes it so comforting. The beds upstairs are very comfortable. The owner is unbelievably kind and VERY responsive! When we're back in Springfield, we will definitely rent this house again! I LOVED this house! Oh, and it's in a very safe, quiet neighborhood.

great landlord and quaint house.

This was a great stay for me. The house was lovely, quaint, well equipped on every room Alexa speakers. The TV already had Netflix and other goodies I didn't even need to use my fire stick. However I did use the fire stick upstairs for the second TV. Gas stove was great, refrigerator roomy. Unfortunately I was'nt there long enough to use the backyard patio more than once. But that day it was really sweet. When I thought I had a package taken off the doorstep Richard put in a new camera motion activated doorbell when in reality it probably wasn't stolen at all, it might've been just delivered late. Richard always responded quickly when I had a question or I needed something. He even helped me before I arrived by picking up my FedEx luggage and taking it to the house and depositing them upstairs for me. I would definitely seek out availability if I were to take another assignment the area.
