Great neighborhood! I know almost all of the neighbors on my block and most neighbors on the adjacent streets; we all look out for one another. I've walked my dog all throughout the neighborhood daily for 10 years without any incidents. My block and the surrounding area is mellow during the day (you'll hear some passing cars). After 7pm, it's very quiet.

Neighborhood overview
Neighborhood is safe, walkable, and quiet. Very close to 780, 680 N and 680 S, 80 E and 80 W. Big box retailers (Costco, Marshalls) just a 10 minute drive away. The local Safeway supermarket is just 5 minutes (by car) up the road and Trader Joe's is a 10 to 15 minute drive away. I know all the folks on my block and many of my nearby neighbors by name.

Cozy and Comfortable
Maura was super accommodating to my needs and very understanding and reachable! The rooms clean, theres AC, and theres a desk to do work on. Maya, her dog, is also super cute and friendly (if she knows you). Highly rec staying here!

Great Experience
I stayed here for a couple months for travel school internship. Maura was a great landlord, who was very hospitable & accommodating! She provided all the necessary resources & more. I would highly recommend staying here as she helped me smoothly transition into moving in & feel comfortable as I adapted to a new city & environment!
