Convenient location!

I stayed here for about 3 months and had a good experience. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Ample utensils were provided in the kitchen, a comfortable living room area with tv and also tv in the bedroom. The place was generally quiet (except for the roosters across from the neighbors) and well kept. Settled in eventually once I got used to the roosters. Parking was included on a first come first serve basis. The location was super convenientwalking distance to a supermarket, laundromat, food places and close to everything I needed. The apartment was on the third floor something to note for those not comfortable going up and down stairs The host was friendly, easygoing, and responsive whenever something came up. Overall, it was a decent stay, and Id recommend this spot to anyone looking for a convenient place location wise in Hartford.

My stay

Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free stay, and Id definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Hartford.

Bad experience

The room was nothing like the photos. It was a lot smaller, didnt come with dresser, desk, chair. She sent me a video of the room. I was surprised that it was the same room, but I gave it a chance because it allowed dogs. Unfortunately, the room is right next to the front door and in the kitchen area. House is very old, and you can hear everything from the thin walls. Stomping from upstairs, peoples conversations, pots and pans from the kitchen, foot steps, and roommates conversations. Bed was also hard as a rock. I asked if I can do weekly after the place not being what it looks like in the room. I was told to leave very late at night, which I found extremely disrespectful. Place was not as big or spacious as photos, and room is overpriced for the size and location. Its a small upstairs that looks like it been made to fit as many tenants with little space for their privacy. As someone who enjoys privacy with my space, this place was not for me.

Amazing Stay!

Thanks to the owners and carmen is really sweet. She is so thorough with everything. The apartment is great and is next to bus stops and shop and stop. I had an amazing stay , Kudos to the owners for being so nice!
