Comfort, clean, and cozy!

This second-floor space was perfect for my stay during my contract. Tonya and Guy were gracious enough to provide all starter essentials needed and were VERY responsive any time I had questions/concerns. Large, comfy bed. In-unit laundry. Beautiful and big shower. TWO TV's in unit. My ONLY critiques were AC window units versus central air but still did the job and not walkable to the downtown/beach but VERY close. Highly recommended using Tonya and Guy's cozy space for your next stay.

Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay! The property was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities. The host was so kind and always quick to respond, which I really appreciated. The location is in a nice, convenient area and is especially ideal for anyone working at Jersey Shore Hospital. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this property!

Apartment

I stayed in this unit over the summer of 2025. Tonya was a great host and her husband, Guy, were both great landlords. The unit held up well and was renovated to include everything I needed. If there was anything wrong, Guy would quickly respond and usually fix whatever was going on the same day. Overall, great experience and great time!
