Perfect stay

Rented this space for a travel contract. Close to hospital I was at and just blocks away from Patterson park. Host is very nice and really considerate. Would stay here again if needed!

A lovely basement studio!

Spent six lovely weeks there in the basement studio between apartments, and had an absolutely lovely time. On the footsteps of Patterson Park, and all of its lovely amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location and host in Patterson Park

I had a great stay here! It was an ideal choice with its prime location near the park, shopping, and work at Hopkins. It's located in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It even has a private parking spot, which is hard to find. This location is within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and the park, which has dog parks, a ton of activities, and events throughout the year. The landlord is friendly, helpful, communicative, and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I have asthma, and most rentals I've visited in this city trigger my symptoms. However, I didn't have any issues with this one. This apartment is a newly finished and furnished basement unit with its own private entrance, washer and dryer, lots of storage, and is located on a quiet street. Working night shifts was a breeze here. I could easily get some rest during the day by blocking out the sunlight with the bedroom drapes. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay again.
