the BEST place in Denver area!!!
I had the privilege to rent this ADU for over a year! I couldn’t say enough about the unit, the landlord, and Platt Park. The adorably decorated unit is so cozy and completely new with everything you could need for your stay. The natural lighting was my favorite feature, making the apartment feel so airy and relaxing! Mary, her family, and the neighbors were all so nice and friendly to me. They all helped me feel so welcomed after not knowing many people in the Denver area. Mary was great with communicating and was on top of any asks or questions I had. The location of this unit CANNOT be matched. Between Pearl Street with its fabulous restaurants & shops, the farmers market steps away, and Wash Park just a few blocks down, this location is perfect. The neighborhood feels very safe and the street is quiet. Yet, there is so much you can do within these few blocks. My stay here made my Denver experience the best, and I hope you are lucky enough to be able to get this experience too!
