Stayed through my contract at UK Chandler. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the shared kitchen/living room were always clean with new appliances. The residence is close to I-75 and several restaurants/coffee shops. If you work night shift, the home is quiet with blackout curtains already installed.
I stayed here and loved it. Great space in the bedroom, bathroom was great & common area is spacious. Thomas was a great host! Easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Single dog dad up to looking for one to three month rentals of a furnished room in my home with private bath and access to common areas, the entire house has been recently renovated. I am relatively clean and I try to stay organized.
