The best landlord!
I stayed here for about 9 months and i wished it was longer. Bertha and her family were amazing! Very accommodating, communicative, and respectful! I have no complaints really. It was the perfect stay! The listing was perfect for me and my dog. The neighborhood was safe and easy access to freeway and LAX! I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling! You’ve got the best landlord and the perfect listing! Thank you Bertha for everything ! I will be back again!

Lovely Experience !
Bertha is the loveliest of people to be in contact with as you're on your search for your next place to comfortably reside in. She was quick to answer and lovely. Unfortunetely I couldn't stay at her lovely apartment (I got to video chat her for a tour of it) because of my travel nursing contract being delayed. I 100% recommend this listing!

Amazing Landlord!
I had a wonderful experience with Bertha. Even though my job placement unexpectedly fell through and I was unable to move in, she showed incredible understanding and professionalism. Without hesitation, she offered to return my full deposit, which was such a relief during a stressful time. It's rare to find landlords who are not only fair but also genuinely compassionate. I highly recommend renting from them-it's clear they care about people, not just property.
