Christian made the renting process super easy and transparent with great communication, flexibility with my particular needs, and understanding of how chaotic travel contracting can be in relation to housing. The property is a nice escape from work and the town, and it felt like a safe place to be when considering what parts of Bakersfield are known for. The property is a stylish 2 bed 2 bath with everything you need in a furnished rental, and the garage was a very nice addition- I travel with extra things that require storing and it was so nice having a garage attached to the property for peace of mind. Overall, I'd recommend renting from Christian and I'd personally hit him up if I find myself back in Bakersfield. As a side note, Carlos the neighbor is a cool older guy who knows a good amount about fixing cars if you're in a pinch and he's usually happy to help- tell him I sent you cause I'm sure it'll put a smile on his face and he'll do what he can to help.
