Bakersfield home away from home

This was definitely one of my favorite long-term stays since I started traveling as a nurse, four years ago. It is spacious, comfortably furnished, nicely decorated, and equipped with all the essentials to make you feel perfectly at home. The owner Christian is so kind, always available, and made sure that any issues ( like minor maintenance concerns) were addressed immediately. I appreciated having designated private parking. Two spots and a private garage! Although there were apartments surrounding the home, I had a mostly quiet time there. I also loved that Panarama Park was a five minute drive away. It's one of my favorite spaces to decompress in Bakersfield. The bluffs and walking paths offer spectacular views. The best sunsets views also await at the park. There are plenty of local shops, restaurants, and a coffee shop within walking distance. Bakersfield is definitely one of my favorite travel assignments. Christian's place definitely helped to solidify that statement!

Perfect stay!

Christian is great with being responsive and keeps the apartment top notch! The unit is very modern with updated appliances and in a safe neighborhood. Close to various super markets and gyms. I loved my stay and would love to use this apartment again! It's very comfy and it has a garage attached with its own personal washer and dryer so no need to hit the laundry mat or have shared laundry. Overall great experience and hospitality!

Would recommend

Christian made the renting process super easy and transparent with great communication, flexibility with my particular needs, and understanding of how chaotic travel contracting can be in relation to housing. The property is a nice escape from work and the town, and it felt like a safe place to be when considering what parts of Bakersfield are known for. The property is a stylish 2 bed 2 bath with everything you need in a furnished rental, and the garage was a very nice addition- I travel with extra things that require storing and it was so nice having a garage attached to the property for peace of mind. Overall, I'd recommend renting from Christian and I'd personally hit him up if I find myself back in Bakersfield. As a side note, Carlos the neighbor is a cool older guy who knows a good amount about fixing cars if you're in a pinch and he's usually happy to help- tell him I sent you cause I'm sure it'll put a smile on his face and he'll do what he can to help.
