A hidden gem in a culturally rich neighborhood

I stayed at Michelle's home for three months while my house was being renovated, and it was a fantastic experience. Michelle was an exceptional hostresponsive, thoughtful, and quick to resolve any minor issues. The neighborhood has a lot of character and a strong sense of community. While it may seem a bit rough at first glance, I never felt unsafe, and there are families with kids living just a few houses down. A block south, I found quiet, tree-lined sidewalks and older homes with charming gardensperfect for a morning walk. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-furnished for both work and relaxation. Id gladly stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed rental in Lexington.

Cute House

This house was the perfect place for me and my little pup. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well furnished kitchen and a cozy living room to snuggle up in. I was a travel nurse at UK and stayed here when I was in town working. It has plenty of space for my pup to play around and also a nice big backyard to run in as well. My personal favorite was the cute little front porch to sit on, on a beautiful summer eve or watch the snow fall in the winter. We even were able to watch bits of a movie being filmed 2 houses over from us. The location is great and close to downtown and Rupp Arena approx a 2 to 3 min Uber ride. There are a few local bars that are within walking distance as well. The landlord was also great to work with, responds quickly to anything that may come up. I will miss not staying here, and would definitely stay here again if opportunity presents itself!

Cozy indeed!

My wife and I stayed here while on contract at UK Chandler hospital, and can't say enough lovely things about the hosts, and the house. High ceilings, updated kitchen, and a fenced in backyard with a gated driveway make this house an absolute gem! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everything was spotless and well maintained, and they even had a bag of treats waiting for our little pup. Would absolutely rent from these lovely humans again.

Home sweet home

This rental home was just what my family needed while we waited to move into our current home. The high ceilings and natural light give it an airy feel. I loved having a full and updated kitchen for cooking, baking, and entertaining. We especially loved the large and fenced in backyard, giving our daughter a safe place to play. Its close to restaurants and cafes downtown and was a short commute to our jobs at UK and Baptist Health. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. I cant recommend this rental home enough!

Going to miss my NoLi cottage

I had an absolutely wonderful experience renting this house for the past few years. The hosts were incredibly attentive and easy to contact, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. One of my favorite features was the backyard, which provided a perfect space for my dog to play. I also enjoyed the convenient location; Im going to miss walking to West 6th Brewery and Greyline station down the street with my pup. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful home with great hosts.
