Newer 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse - Peaceful setting - near Leesburg

NOT so nice!

READ LEASE carefully: my agreement was for three months, it stated “3 months,” but the listed dates only covered two months, had to move out earlier than expected. After leaving, was accused of taking items that were not missing (Roku, towels, hangers) and of using her trash bags. She claims these items are shown in site photos — this is false. Owner never cleaned or dusted any common areas (floors, counters, or windows), despite lease requiring weekly cleaning of bathroom/room. Bathroom was dirty upon moving in — urine on toilet, hair in trash and tub needed scrubbing before use. Also found Taco Bell box and other items under bed. Her mother entered condo giving instructions and began telling me how to arrange things in kitchen (why not speak to her daughter?). She then loudly accused me of slamming a door on purpose at 4a.m. to wake her daughter. I'm 64 years old; there was no reason for me to do that. Note: She has not hosted seven years; appears to be her mother’s account.

Excellent

Very clean and quiet. Hostess was the friendliest, kindest person there is. She made my stay at her home comforting. Very attentive to ones needs. I would highly recommend staying here.
