Would highly recommend

Great rental house and well appointed. Very safe cozy neighborhood with very nice neighbors. House had everything we needed. Hosts were very attentive to make us most comfortable. We stayed for almost 4 months. Lots of trees and grass which is not the norm for Phoenix area. Would highly recommend

3 month stay

This was such a comfortable condo, neighborhood and surrounding areas. While the condo is pretty dated, it was still an amazing stay. We had everything we needed for two people including cleaning supplies, kitchen & bathroom amenities, BBQs, linens, etc. We had all of our belongings in storage and didn't need a thing. We enjoyed YouTube TV in living and bedroom. The owner was readily available and always promptly responded to our messages. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and very well kept. We had a pool within short walking distance from our back door. The patio with motorized screens was definitely a bonus. It was nice to sit out there in the evenings listening to the frogs and water feature. It was such a nice golf community with the clubhouse in walking distance. A grocery store is nearby and lots more shopping, restaurants and bars within 5-10 min drive. We highly recommend this place for a short term stay.
