Less than a mile to Prisma Hospital and Bon Secours Level One Trauma Centers in downtown GVL. Half mile to Downtown GVL. Fully Fenced yard and Pet Friendly! Free parking for 2 cars (driveway) and 2 complimentary bikes to use while renting house. Park in neighborhood (half block away) and community garden in neighborhood.
Neighborhood is close to downtown (half mile walk) with park just a block from house and community garden across street. Neighbors are all very friendly and often meet at the local park each afternoon for social hour! You will see young families and couples walking their dogs and folks out enjoying the beautiful area near downtown Greenville!

The Blue Door Bungalow is our brand-new property (JAN 2025) and we think you will love its Southern Charm and location just blocks from downtown GVL. Our family loves to travel and is happy to assist with any travel suggestions while you are here. The home comes with two complimentary bikes to enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail which is less than a mile from the house!
