The best parts of this property are its location. There are a lot of things to do relatively close by this tree line Street that looks like a tunnel is warm and inviting the rental unit is secured and has a gated patio area with a tranquil little fountain. The rental unit is a separate private Junior ADU that is three separate rooms, a kitchen a bedroom and a bathroom.

Neighborhood overview
Upland is a small city just over 9 sq miles at the foothills of mt baldy. Within walking distance from downtown Upland and the train station that has little restaurants in a couple coffee shops some really good hiking in Mount Baldy with a few waterfalls and the old mountain lodge. About 30 to 40 minutes from Los Angeles in about an hour and a half from Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.

Stay at the cottage
My stay at Ryan's property was amazing! The apartment, location, and Ryan were so great that I ended up staying for nearly a year! The apartment looks just like the pictures and is in a great location. The neighborhood is very safe. It is so easy to take a short walk to downtown Upland for dinner or a drink or a short drive to so many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping in the surrounding areas. Ryan is so helpful, kind, and a cool guy to chat with. I would recommend 10/10 times!

Cottage stay
This was such a cute and nicely decorated spot. Nice home away from home. So close to downtown upland with cute shops and stores. Close to highway for work. Clean and landlord was very timely with responses and helpful during my stay! Would definitely stay again!!
