Welcome to my Floridian home, a well-loved 1950s beach house. The house has been throughly cared for and maintained - with a *brand new* central cooling and heating system including professional cleaning of all air ducts and vents. One bedroom is available for use with a brand new king-sized bed. The home has three bedrooms - one is converted garage which I use for personal storage, and the second bedroom can be used for office space, if needed. You will have the entire home to yourself for the duration of your stay. The home has many upgrades and all utilities are included.
Neighborhood overview
Central location just one minute away from the beach. One of the best snorkeling spots is just over the bridge. Easy commute to Singer Island, Riviera Beach marina, Palm Beach Gardens, downtown West Palm Beach, Jupiter, and more.
