Newly updated interior with soft modern look. Fully furnished. Quiet country setting, but close to amenities and local attractions. Spacious parking, even for larger vehicles. Responsive and respectful owner.

Downstairs Unit

Out of the City but still 12 minutes from downtown. Landlord was friendly and responsive. Apartment was clean and updated. Parking situation was roomy. Had necessary space for vehicles. Overall happy with my stay. Being a downstairs apartment heard some noise but nothing out of the ordinary.

Nice place

Well, the place was clean. It has a beautiful kitchen two nice bedrooms, laundry a big screen TV air conditioning basically everything you need. The thing that I found exceptionally nice was that everything is only within a few miles of the residence. Restaurants parks and of course downtown Knoxville are all within a few miles which makes it really nice because you really don’t have to drive too far. The landlord was a very nice young man who lives in the apartment above and if I had any questions or needed anything, he was always there which was also very nice. Whether you’re looking for a place to live or just visiting, there’s just a ton of stuff to do around here and see kind of a cool location.

This unit is under another, so kind of like a basement unit. I constantly heard the people upstairs walking so it sounds creaky. I have also heard loud arguments at times. The kitchen has 2 large windows looking out into the yard. I was told at the beginning of my stay blinds would be installed on these windows. I gave the landlord some dates I was comfortable with for him to come in and do the blinds, but he never did and decided to wait till I left, so I felt like I had no privacy in the kitchen when they were outside doing yard work or hanging out. I worked night shift, sometimes I would hear them doing yard work when I was trying to sleep (and they were aware I was a night shift nurse). My roommate and I had multiple problems with bugs in this place, including wasps, drain flies, and stink bugs. There was also a problem with the AC most of my stay. I would set it on cool around 68-70 but it was constantly high at 73-75 and was warm. When moving out, my roommate and I discovered multiple pairs of our shoes were molded in the closets.
