The studio is quiet, and has a peaceful feel to it. It is very spacious and it's all yours - no sharing anything but the washer and dryer. You cannot beat the location, though. The studio is comfortable for a couple, and is awesome for one person. It is quiet. Shared parking in the back of the house makes for easy access straight up to the studio. A washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the studio. There is new flooring and a new refrigerator, as well as a full bathroom with a bath tub. Best spot in Flagstaff!
My fiance and I stayed here for three months during my contract at Flagstaff Medical Center. FMC is less than a mile away. The apartment is a huge studio space on the second floor near Downtown Flagstaff. It's the place to be! The apartment is walking distance to downtown and a quick drive to grocery stores and other shops, although you could really walk or bike anywhere from here. Super safe and friendly neighborhood. There's some amazing walking/hiking/running/biking trails less than a half mile from the house. L & M were amazing landlords and we can't recommend this place enough!

Even Better Than the Photos
We stayed in this studio for three months and absolutely loved it. The place is even better than the photos. It is clean, cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent. I was able to walk to NAU every day, which was very convenient. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and just a five-minute walk from everything downtown, which made it easy to enjoy the best of Flagstaff on foot. Lisa, the landlady, was incredibly kind and attentive. She always made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. My husband and I both felt at home here. Staying in this studio made our time in Flagstaff even more special. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.
