Great place to stay
I recently stayed at Jeds house in Newbury Park for over two months, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jed was incredibly responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. The home was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The view of Thousand Oaks and the surrounding mountains was absolutely incredible and peaceful, scenic, and a perfect backdrop for relaxing after a long day. I truly felt at home during my time there and would definitely rent from Jed again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Jed's home is an absolute gem!
Peaceful, beautifully furnished, and set in a quiet and safe neighborhood with unforgettable views from the deck. The spacious, modern layout is beautifully furnished and clearly cared for with attention to comfort and detail. The kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking -- fully stocked and easy to use -- and the large back deck became my favorite spot. Whether sipping coffee or enjoying the BBQ at sunset, the panoramic views are truly breathtaking. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything -- shops, restaurants, and easy freeway access. Outdoor lovers will appreciate the nearby trails and the feeling of being tucked away in nature while still having all the conveniences close by. Best of all, Jed is a fantastic landlord -- friendly, responsive, and truly easy to work with. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Gorgeous, comfortable home
Jed's property is such a great spot. The big back deck with lots of comfy seating, bbq, and expansive views was the highlight. The rest of the house is spacious, modern, well taken care of, and clearly furnished by someone who lived and worked here themselves and cared about quality and comfort. Location is great - super close to the freeway and all conveniences while feeling above and away from it all while you're home.

Property is very clean and comfortable. Views are stunning. House is spacious, relaxing, and peaceful. Communication between us and the owner is very smooth with no issues. Owner goes out of his way to let us know if there is anything we need to know. Owner responds to emails and texts very quickly. Owner is very easy to work with. Zero issues with staying here and communication. Thank you for making our extended stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!
