Private Basement Apartment

The property is set off of the street on 3 acres of land. There is a lot of farmland nearby and other homes are also set on multiple acres, so neighborhood noise is not a problem. It is on the basement level of the main house, but has a completely separate entrance and separate access from the main house. I do have chickens in a coop outside in the small shared backyard space.
