Highly Recommend Great Unit, Even Better Host

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The area is wonderfulsafe, quiet, and conveniently located, making it an ideal place for a longer-term stay. Bruce is truly exceptional and sets the standard for what a great landlord should be. He consistently goes above and beyond for his tenants, is extremely communicative, and always quick to address any questions or needs. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire stay seamless and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone looking for quality housing with a host who genuinely cares.

Peaceful retreat with Marsh view

Peaceful, newly renovated 2nd floor apartment overlooking a marsh with pretty white egrets. Enjoyed nice breezes and sunsets. The upper covered deck was nice for taking in a rain storm, or just to read outside in the shade. I enjoyed my stay with quick access to Route 1, to visit several of the other nearby towns like Stony Creek with the Thimble Islands, Guilford, Madison, Old Saybrook, or Mystic. Relaxed, laid back towns along the Long Island Sound. Bruce was an attentive landlord and quite a talented man in many of his interesting ventures. Greatly enjoyed my stay and Bruce periodically checked in to give me ideas geared to my interests. Very memorable.

Great Short Term Rental

Great location especially during the warmer months. Kayaking across the street, restaurants within walking distance. The space is bright, clean and well laid out. Sit on the back deck with views over the marsh.
