Amazing Stay!

I absolutely loved living here. The home is beautifully furnished, thoughtfully designed, and was the perfect place for my five-month stay. As someone with a hybrid work schedule, I especially appreciated the natural light and outdoor patio, which provided a great space to read, have lunch, or exercise. Jen and her husband were excellent landlords; communicative, respectful, flexible and easy to work with throughout my tenancy. The property was quiet and peaceful, and the neighborhood is wonderful! I enjoyed being within walking distance of Selland's and Temple, both of which became regular favorites. The only reason I moved was because my boyfriend and I decided to move in together. Otherwise, I would have gladly stayed longer! Thank you for a great experience and for making this feel like home during the first half of 2026.

Miss this place!

Stayed here for my last semester at Sac State, and absolutely LOVED it! The place is so cute, and has everything you need! Not the mention the stellar landlords, who are always readily available and are just sweet, genuine people! Couldn’t recommend staying here more. I’d still be there if I could!
