Beautiful sprawling house and huge yard on Lake Washington, multiple living areas, house up to 10

Best summer ever!

We had the privilege to stay in this beautiful property over the summer and had the best time! The location can't be beat. You are literally steps away from the water. No need to pack your car or look for parking. We spent everyday enjoying the lake. Just walk your paddle board across the street, or get on your bike and enjoy a ride around the lake or walk right over to Seward park. The neighborhood is quiet but not far from all the conveniences you need. There's coffee and cute restaurants to enjoy. The Lightrail is not far from the house. we'd ride our bikes or drive to the Columbia City station and hop on for a little trip into town or a worry free night out. The house is charming and historical. Its a sprawling property that somehow still felt very cozy. There is plenty of room for friends and family. Our host were wonderful and very responsive to help out if we needed anything. We Hope you enjoy this house as much as we did!
