Stunning/Private Guest House in West Hills, California 1 bed/1 bath

I stayed here three months. I'm a traveling nurse, and this place is a laundry list of problems!! 1. It's not furnished at all 3 three pots and pans that have been burnt and scratched to death.. 2. Literally one cup one bowl two spoons two forks.. it's a joke there's not even a can open air or a vacuum or a broom. So you can't do any cleaning, but the owner wants you to clean before you leave!! 3. The house is in the back. You have to literally go through the mud to get there! It's next to a pool, and they are so loud when they're out there, screaming kids adults too! They don't care about your privacy or your peace. 4. Multiple times when going through the fence to go to my car, there is a man in the yard shirtless. That just stares at you, he doesn't say anything. It's weird and very uncomfortable So I can't recommend this place to do anyone. This is literally probably one of the worst furnace finder houses I've ever stayed at. Especially for the price!! Complete robbery...
