Cozy garden apartment in a single family home and neighborhood. Nice daytime light in living/dining room. Large primary bedroom. Second small bedroom or office. Only one unit above you and a huge yard. Private entrance to the unit. We enjoyed the quiet, living space.

On the border of Oak Park and Elmwood Park, home to many activities - home of Frank Lloyd Wright, music, coffee shops, theater and more restaurants!

Amazing Experience, Highly Recommend!
This basement apartment was absolutely amazing! It looks exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The convenience of parking out front (neighborhood parking, no city permit needed) and having a washer and dryer on the premises made the stay even better. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, which was perfect for studying. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants within minutes of the house and major retailers nearby (Walmart, Target, Costco etc). The Gallos are truly wonderful hosts—super kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to any students (or anyone!) looking for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay!
