Charming 3-Story Townhouse in Grover Beach - Elegance & Convenience Near the Shore

Splendid Accommodations!

Staying in this condo exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was quick and easy to walk to supermarkets and a weekly farmers market; meals out on the balcony were a delight with cool breezes, a view to the dunes and a bit of ocean, and various birds to watch across the way, including hummingbirds. The condo living spaces were especially clean and well supplied for every need. Having a 2-car garage was particularly nice. And to top it off, the landlords were so gracious and accommodating! We were sad to leave such comfortable accommodations.

During our stay, we felt so comfortable and relaxed. This 3bed 3bath condo is gorgeous, better than the pictures shown. Close to the beach, golf, pickleball, and walking distance to many restaurants. We even got the sweetest basket of snacks ..left for us as a welcome treat! So thoughtful and kind! I highly recommend this condo to anyone and we hope to stay here next year when we come back for our annual Nike apparel shopping at Tennis Warehouse.

My friend and I stayed here during a work contract. The hosts were wonderful throughout our stay, very welcoming! It's a great property in a safe and solid location near the beach, trails, restaurants, and stores. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

Worth every penny!!! Amazing hosts that responded instantly to any questions I had. Its positioned in a very quiet community. Its really close to pickleball courts, par 3 golf, gyms, spas, and the beach. As a traveling worker Ive stayed in many places..This property was easily one of the best.
