AMAZING Landlords and Property!

The landlords (Mitchell and Madeline) are the highlight of this house. They are always in touch to make sure things are okay (but not overbearing or constantly in your business). It’s a perfect medium. Now for the house. It’s clean, with HUGE windows my dog was obsessed with. VERY large, fenced in yard, which my dog also loved. 3 beds and 2 bathrooms make it easy to not be on top of each other. There is a covered carport which is nice to put your car in when the weather isn’t great or when you need to unload groceries. The location is a corner property of a nice tree-lined street away from the crazy bustle, but still close enough to downtown in minutes. Food Lion is just down the street so groceries are no issue. Restaurants from sit down to fast food are always within minutes. The driveway is steep so drive in at an angle and you’ll be fine. My wife had a low profile car and we figured out it out fine. Anyone looking to stay in Raleigh, this is your place!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
