Great Stay

Johns place was perfect for my 3 month contract. Pretty small but had everything I needed for my short stay. He was quick to respond to any needs. Neighborhood felt safe enough for me to walk around during the day time for sure. I especially loved that he had a lock on the fence around the home and all the extra cameras for security.

Firstly, John is amazing and you can immediately tell the care and consideration that went into the construction of this incredible home. Private, quiet, well-appointed. Highly recommend.

AMAZING property. I stayed here for my travel assignment and it's been my favorite place I've stayed at! I felt safe in the neighborhood. John was always responsive and very helpful! The pictures are exactly how the place is! Highly recommend staying here!

Great Property, Top Tier Host, Amazing Experience

John is a FANTASTIC host! The property is a beautiful newer construction escape with tall ceilings and luxury details throughout. It is safe and quiet. Lots of natural light, but blinds and curtains in the bedroom for night shift workers. Heated bathroom floor! Need I say more... John's property is located in the historic Cleveland Park neighborhood which is extremely walkable. Easily walk to coffee, restaurants, and bars within 5 minutes! I highly recommend staying with John! My experience with John was that he is easy going, friendly, and professional. Would rate more stars if I could! Thanks again, John!
