A Wonderful Place with an Amazing Host

I had a truly wonderful stay here over the past few years. From the beginning, Suzanna was incredibly responsive, kind, and welcoming, which made settling in easy, comfortable, and effortless. The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, and the space itself is well-kept and thoughtfully set up, and offers a high quality of life with great amenities for everyday living. What really stood out was the atmosphere - warm, genuinely home-like, and filled with positive energy. Suzanna made me feel like more than just a tenant, more like a friend and part of the family. She was always approachable and considerate, consistently going out of her way to make sure everything was comfortable. I never ran into any issues during my stay. I'm very grateful for the experience and want to say a big thank you to Suzanna. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming home.

Wonderful stay

I needed to find a short term rental on short notice. I reached out to two properties on furnished finder and received no response. I reached out to Suzanne and she responded within 10 minutes. A few days later I looked at the room and signed a lease. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and I felt at ease being in a new location immediately. The room and closet were spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with for all cooking needs. The bathroom is big enough that even with sharing the space, there is still plenty of room. I always felt welcomed by Suzanne. She made it a point to make sure I knew this was my home too. She returned my deposit a few days prior to the end of my lease. She is a wonderful and caring landlord and a lovely person. Don't hesitate to rent from her.

Beautiful,quiet neighborhood

The property I rented was in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The property matched the listing photos and description and Suzanne was always responsive, professional and so kind. I loved my room with a walk in closet and plenty cabinet space. The queen size bed was very comfortable after a hard days work. I loved my stay in Davis. Wish I could have stayed longer with Suzanne!!

Home away from home!

From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be an amazing stay! The place has such a warm, homey feel, and the location is absolutely perfect, super safe and right in the heart of everything. The space is spotless and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!). I loved how the room felt private and tucked away from the kitchen and living room, giving me my own little retreat while still feeling right at home. One of my favorite things about staying here was how central everything wasI could walk everywhere and always felt completely safe and comfortable. I only left because it was time for me to move on for work, but honestly, if it were up to me, I would have stayed so much longer! Suzanne is truly incredibleso kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything you need. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you again, Suzanne, for making my stay so wonderful!
