High-ceilings and plenty of windows make this compact, modern space feel large. Living space has a smart tv and a couch/chaise combo that folds into a bed. Kitchen features gray, quartz countertops, a gas range/oven, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom has a glass, corner shower. The modern, steel cable stairway leads to a sleeping loft with a new full size bed and storage space. It's cozy and clean and bright.

Cute, quiet neighborhood on the west side of Denver, located just minutes from highway access to the mountains. Hiking and camping are 30 minutes away. Skiing and snowboarding are an hour away. Only 15 minutes drive to downtown Denver. Only 10 minutes from Old Town Arvada, with local shops, restaurants and a movie theater.

Cutest home!!
I highly highly recommend this stay! The home is tiny, but it is perfect for someone living alone and doesn't have too much stuff. This was the first place I ever lived alone and I absolutely loved it here! It felt like home right away and i always felt very safe. Mandy is so kind, responsive, and helpful. I would stay again in the future!
