Central Syringa Sanctuary

Quite and Comfortable Home

Loved this home! Located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to everything needed. Large TV room and comfortable beds. Kitchen was perfect and garage was large enough for my truck. Erin was a pleasure to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Highly recommend

Renting from Erin was a wonderful experience. As someone who has stayed in many short term rentals, the syringa house has been my favorite. The decor is so charming and tasteful. The backyard was our favorite place to play with our toddler and dog. We enjoyed having the basement space to cool down in the summer and have a large play area for our kiddo. The house is older, so as minor things arose, Erin was on top of it immediately. She is very responsive via phone/text and so quick to offer solutions. Her kindness and passion for her home made the experience so much more special. I highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a short term rental in Idaho falls.
