Great place to stay
This apartment is very comfortable for a single person staying in the Silver Spring area. All new amenities and a great neighborhood. Short walk to downtown Silver Sprint or metro station. Matthew was exceptional. If a problem with the apartment ever arose, I would notify Matthew in the morning and it would always be fixed by that afternoon when I got back from work. He communicated very clearly and was always respectful of my privacy and gave me at least 24 hours notice if he needed to enter the apartment. I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Silver Spring and would certainly rent again if I returned to the area.
