Perfect South Lamar Stay for Remote Work

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent—right on South Lamar with tons of great food spots and bars within minutes. Zilker Park and Barton Springs are about a 5-minute drive, which made it easy to get outside and enjoy Austin. The place itself is spacious and very comfortable for two people. The dedicated office setup was a huge plus and made it ideal for remote work or digital nomads. Overall, a great value for the price and a spot I’d definitely stay at again.

I stayed in this furnished condo for the last three months and had a great experience from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate, modern, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A standout for me was the dedicated office separate from the bedroom, which made working easy and enjoyable. The neighborhood offered convenient amenities, and the walkable area meant there was always something nearby to do. Communication with the landlord was consistently easy and efficient. I would gladly stay here again.

Amazing Property!

Stayed in this furnished condo for 11 weeks during the summer. When we arrived it was very clean and inviting, and we instantly felt comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need during our time. The location was great, we loved walking the neighborhood and its proximity to downtown Austin was also great. The sauna, cold plunge, and gym in the complex was also extremely convenient, and the pickleball courts made for a fun unique feature. There was very little we needed during our time, but anything we did need Gena was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Austin, and would stay again!

Exactly what I wanted

I stayed at this furnished condo earlier this year and had an excellent experience from booking to checkout. The unit was spotless, modern, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood also had some great amenities if you didnt feel like venturing far. The location was epictons to do within walking distance, which is surprisingly rare in my experience. There was a minor AC issue during my stay, but the owner had it fixed within a couple of hours. Their fast response and clear communication really stood out. Id absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Midterm Rental!

I had an excellent experience staying at this furnished condo. The unit was not only clean, modern, and fully furnished with all the essentials, but it also offered extra storage space, a quaint office space and unique amenities.. pickle ball, sauna, cold plunge....say no more. This condo was located in a prime area of South Lamar, and gave me quick access to highly rated restaurants, bars, and local attractions like Zilker park or Barton Springs Pool. Everything I needed was nearby. What truly made this rental stand out was the owner's outstanding communication. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and hassle free. From move-in to move-out, it was clear that they cared about providing a great experience. And most importantly, the listing was completely accurate...in fact the place was even better in person! I would absolutely stay here again!!
