Scammer

I gave the landlord my rent and security deposit prior to arriving to the rental property. I sent it on 8/29 and he still claims he never received it because I sent it to the wrong person. He claims the information he gave me to rent to him was wrong and was the information belonging to a past tenant. Once I arrived there I had observed rats in his house. I had a homeless guy banging on the front door at 3am asking for food. I notified the landlord of the rat issues and he then disclosed to me he had been having issues recently, but never told me prior to moving in. He said he would handle it and never did. The rat activity became worse. I left after 5 days of him not doing anything. I stayed for only 5 days. I asked for my money back and I still haven't seen a penny of it back. I paid $800 to stay for 5 days in a house with rats. Don't give him your money!
