Our home is in Palo Altos Midtown Charleston Gardens neighborhood, known for its large park, library and community center and close to the open spaces of the Baylands. Clean property, good selection of included items, amazing host
I am very happy that I decided to stay here for the past 4.5 months. May is an amazing host and was able to accommodate all the requests I had throughout the stay. There was only one minor maintenance issue during it and it was resolved about 2 hours later after I notified about it by a specialist. The selection of cookware, beddings, cleaning tools, etc. is brilliant. House has everything you need, washer and drier do their job well. I found the neighborhood very safe, forgetting to close car's windows and finding the belongings inside it safe. 5/5.
