A great place to stay

The location is walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, nail shop, gym, etc. The neighborhood is safe. The landlord is very welcoming and responds quickly. I will definitely book again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here while I completed my healthcare contract rotation! Vic and Emmy were absolutely amazing, readily available whenever we needed them. The space itself was everything we needed and more. Location wise this space is walking distance from everything you need: Safeway across the street, a bunch of restaurants right outside, and nightlife of midline a few blocks away. If I take a contract in Sacramento again this is where Ill be staying!!

Great Location

The place is in a perfect location, and walking distance to almost anything you can think of. Vic was very responsive to any of my questions or needs. I hardly noticed any of the other tenants or noise

Great Location and Landlords

We stayed at this location provided by Vic and Em for three months while working remotely in Sacramento, and honestly it exceeded our expectations in every way. From day one, they were warm, responsive, and genuinely easy to communicate with. They are very understanding and accommodating. The place itself was in a newer building, which showed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and we never had to deal with bugs or any real issues the entire time. On the rare occasion we had a request, Vic and Em handled it quickly and without any hassle. The neighborhood was a real highlight too. We had great restaurants and spots to explore right nearby, and finding parking was never once a stressor. We'd absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, extended stay in Sacramento. Thank you both, Vic and Em!

I had an excellent stay here for 2 months. The location was perfect for my needs. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The landlord was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long-term stay in Sacramento.

great place to

i needed a place for three months to get my barring on my new city as i was transitioning from San Doego to Sacrmento. I choose this apt as it was a perfect location with a ton of restaurants and walking to evening. plus the apt was huge and everything was new. the building only has 6 apts so it's very exclusive feeling. You are one block from Safeway and a ton of other things. it's the perfect place to explore the city and close to all highways. 20 min to the airport. plus the landlord was amazing and always willing to help with anything. Easy to connect and made the process very simple. I would recommend this place to any of my friends.

Great location

Located in a very walkable area of midtown and close to hospitals. Vic and Emmy have put a lot of care and thought into making the space feel like home. Theres only 6 apartments in the building. They are very spacious and theres even storage! It is street parking, but I never have an issue finding parking close to the building. You will be very comfortable if youre lucky enough to snag a unit!
