Private Room and Bathroom with shared kitchen

This property was as expected from the pictures! As a tenant, I found the unit was clean upon entry. The layout is a duplex with 2 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and shared washer and dryer on each side. There's no living room and the kitchen holds only 4 chairs leaving minimal room for guests. I loved that each room had a key code to maintain privacy and safe-keeping of personal items while away from the property. I also loved that this unit was for women only!! I felt safe in the neighborhood as it is nested between family homes, churches, and a school. The down sides to this stay are a smaller closet with only 1 shelf above the clothes rod and no dresser for folded clothes or undergarments. If choosing to stay here, you may want to invest in a hanging organizer or small dresser. The unit also had hard water so I struggled with having oily hair. Overall, I would stay again as the unit was conveniently located by Bishop Arts District and the zoo.
