Great stay!

This place was perfect for a solo traveler! Clean, quiet, and with all the amenities needed. The owners were always super receptive and responsive anytime I had to reach out! Also, it is located within walking distance to Green Lake and some shops/restaurants, which was very convenient! I would highly recommend and would for sure return to this lovely property!

100% Recommend! I cannot overstate what a gift Briana and her family are! As hosts they are super organized, approachable, & quick to help with even the tiniest request! As neighbors they are warm, friendly & generous, while also being respectful of boundaries. (And bonus joy of their sweet, quiet, golden retriever!) The loft is beautiful, comfortable, spacious & super clean-plus, everything just works: the tech is easy to connect to & great WiFi, water pressure/ temp is fantastic, the kitchen is stocked, everything you need/ nothing you don’t and there’s tons of storage—it’s just easy to live here! And it feels like home: rugs, pillows, plants, outdoor blankets and cute lighting for the porch! Oh—photos of the porch don’t do it justice—cozy front row seat to sunsets all year long! A perfect spot to lounge, work or entertain! I was nervous about living on a busy street—I’m super sensitive to sound, but I had zero issues with street noise, & easy parking right in front of the house.

Absolute Gem

Briana and Jose are the best landlords Ive ever encountered. They were very accommodating to all needs during my stay. Street parking was never an issue and is safe. Close walking distance to beautiful Green Lake! Conveniently 4 min drive from the train station and 12 min drive downtown. The studio is very cozy and comfortable; really felt like home away from home.

Amazing hosts!

Briana and Jose were truly the best landlords we have ever had. They were attentive, kind, accommodating and very easy to communicate with. My fiance and I spent the summer at their place and it was a great decision. It is right next to Green Lake, walking distance to some cafes/ restaurants, and a great neighborhood. It is also close to the E bus where I commuted to work every day. The apartment itself is very comfortable for a couple. It is also well-equipped with anything you could need. My fiance worked from home and it was a great place to work from in terms of sound and internet. If we're ever back in Seattle, we would love to stay with them again (and play with their dog Hendrix!).
