Great stay in amazing townhouse!

This is a beautiful property. The townhouse is very well-stocked and maintained. The high ceilings and the skylight create a serene and peaceful atmosphere, while the high-quality furnishings make for a very comfortable home. The enclosed courtyard is awesome with its outside shower, perfect for showering off after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded with immaculately kept grounds. I enjoyed daily walks surrounded by its 3 fountains and ponds where waterfowl were often seen wading the banks. The location was ideal as everything I needed was nearby, including grocery stores, gas stations, wonderful restaurants, and even a cute park that includes the town hall and hosts a farmers market each Sunday. Lynn, herself, has been an exceptional landlord. She promptly responded to any issues that arose for me, and communication was easy. I would recommend this rental property without hesitation!

Great spot !!

I absolutely loved my time at this rental property in the Atlantic Beach area. The surrounding area is packed with all the best local bars and excellent restaurants. As for the rental itself, it was everything you could ask for: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I have to give a shout-out to the landlord, Lynn. She was fantastichighly responsive, professional, and made the entire process, from move-in to move-out, completely smooth and stress-free. She truly cares about her tenants and the property. Such an Incredibly Comfortable Stay with the Kindest, Most Thoughtful Host

Staying at Lynns home was such a blessing. The house was incredibly comfy, stocked with everything we needed, and truly felt like a home, not just a rental. I was in Jax for a medical treatment, and Lynn made everything seamless, treating us with such care and respect. I wish every landlord was like her! The complex is peaceful and quiet. We loved our daily walks, and I especially enjoyed the grassy areas to soak in the sun and listen to the fountains. Lynn had high quality bedding and towels, and the mattresses were perfect. During colder weeks, she even arranged for brand new extra blankets for us. The location is amazing, just a 5 min drive to Hanna Park, the best beach in Jacksonville imo. This home was perfect for our family and would be great for professionals or couples too. It truly felt like a home away from home. Were forever grateful and would return in a heartbeat.
