My stay at charm-filled apartment was exceptional! This is a beautiful, cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you need, including fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with parkings, making it the perfect place to relax, study, and recharge. Ms. Wendy is a gracious and responsive owner who truly cares about her guests. She is always quick to answer questions and address any concerns. Mr. Linvol, the caretaker, is equally amazing-he keeps the property clean and well-maintained and is always available to help with a warm smile. As a med student I appreciated the serene environment. This is an ideal place for medical students, residents, traveling nurses, and healthcare professionals who need a comfortable and peaceful space to study or rest after long shifts. Staying here completely changed my view of NYC housing. If you're looking for a peaceful, stress-free, welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend Charm- Filled apartment-you won't regret it!

Perfect, Private, Safe, Homely

I usually dont leave reviews but I couldnt resist writing this well deserved review. I have been travelling for work for years. I have lived in different places and in different states and I must say this is the best ever. My first concern coming to the Bronx was safety and parking which is everyones priority especially after a long days work. There was never a day I didnt get parking right by the house. My car was always safe never broken into. The apartment is clean with everything you will need to be very comfortable and feel at home. Kitchen well stocked you wouldnt need to bring anything with you. Wendy the host is amazing. Always available and quick to respond when i needed anything at all. Very polite and respectful. Very rare to find in todays world. I am grateful I found a place like this for my 13weeks contract. Stores and places to eat very close. I will definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the NY/Bronx area for work or even a short visit.
